Zombie Ring is an online browser game operated at zombiering.com. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means the operators of that site and game.
Information we process
Information stored on your device
Progress such as coin balance, unlocked skins, and selected skin is saved in your browser using local storage. That data does not leave your device unless you clear it or a future signed in account feature is added and you choose to use it. Clearing site data for zombiering.com will reset that progress.
Technical and usage data
Like most websites, our servers and any analytics tools we use may receive standard technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, approximate region, pages viewed, and rough timestamps. We use this to keep the game online, fix bugs, and understand which pages are used.
Display names
The name you enter for a run is used in the live match and on the in game leaderboard for that session. Avoid putting personal contact details into a display name.
Communications
If you email support@zombiering.com, we receive whatever you send in that message so we can reply.
Cookies and similar tech
We may use cookies or local storage for basic site function, preference flags such as sound settings, and measurement of traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all storage may reset skin progress and some settings.
Advertising
zombiering.com may show third party advertisements in the side slots or other placements. Those partners can collect their own technical data under their own policies. We do not sell your display name or support emails as a marketing list.
Children
Zombie Ring is a general audience action game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of selling it. If you believe a child has sent us personal data by email, contact support@zombiering.com and we will delete that correspondence when appropriate.
How long we keep data
Local progress stays until you clear it. Server logs and email correspondence are kept only as long as needed for operations, security, and support, then deleted or aggregated.
